Terms of Use & FTC Pricing Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForgeLot Vehicle Publisher (“ForgeLot”), dealership users and site visitors agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal and state automotive compliance laws.

2. FTC Dealership Pricing Compliance

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines governing deceptive advertising and mandatory fee disclosures:

• Advertised Prices: Advertised vehicle sale prices displayed across ForgeLot inventory pages include all mandatory dealer preparation, documentation, and processing charges.
• Itemized Mandatory Fees: Optional dealer add-ons, finance charges, state and local sales tax, title, tag, and government registration fees are itemized separately as permitted by law.
• Vehicle Availability: All inventory listings are updated periodically via automated DealersLink feed synchronizations. Vehicles are subject to prior sale.

3. Multi-Tenant Dealership Isolation

ForgeLot enforces strict multi-tenant dealership data boundary isolation using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Dealership inventory feeds, customer leads, custom branding, and social connections are private to each licensed rooftop organization.
