ForgeLot Vehicle Publisher (“ForgeLot”), operated by Southern Forge Creative, collects information submitted by prospective vehicle buyers (“Leads”) when inquiring about inventory listings across dealership showcase portals and syndicated automotive channels.
Information collected includes customer name, email address, phone number, vehicle preferences, and inquiry notes. This data is routed directly to the designated dealership's Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (including DriveCentric, VinSolutions, Elead/CDK, or custom webhooks).
By submitting an inquiry form on any ForgeLot dealership portal or syndicated listing, you explicitly consent to receive marketing communications, vehicle availability updates, price alerts, and customer service calls or SMS text messages from the participating dealership and Southern Forge Creative at the phone number provided.

ForgeLot utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel (Facebook Automotive Catalog Conversion Tracking), and essential session cookies to analyze inventory traffic, optimize lead generation, and measure conversion effectiveness.
Lead transmission logs are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored securely in PostgreSQL databases with Row Level Security (RLS) policies isolating client datasets. Lead audit logs are retained for compliance verification and audit tracking for a period of up to 24 months.
